It's important to clarify that order processing times are separate from the shipping times shown at checkout.
Order Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
- Potential delays may occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service issues beyond our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For flat rate shipping:
We offer flat rate shipping to Australia.
If you offer free shipping, you can emphasize any free shipping thresholds (e.g., free shipping for orders over $75).
For multiple shipping options, we can provide carrier choices, pricing, and delivery times in a table format.
Local Delivery
If you offer local delivery or in-store pickup, explain the process or create a separate shipping page for local customers.
- Deliveries occur between 8 AM – 6 PM on business days.
- We will contact you via text message (using the phone number provided at checkout) to notify you on the day of delivery.
To make it easier for customers to check eligibility, you can list ZIP/postal codes you service or embed a service area map.
In-Store Pickup
You can skip shipping fees with free local pickup at [store locations].
- After placing an order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be ready for pickup within X to X business days.

International Shipping

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
- When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
- Please allow 48 hours for tracking updates.
- If you haven't received your order within X days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at poolpoolaus@gmail.com with your name and order number.
- If available, we can provide a tracking link for your convenience.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers do not ship to P.O. boxes. If this applies, we will outline their restrictions here.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
- We do not accept returns after delivery.
- If the item is unused and in its original condition, we can refund the order amount minus return shipping costs.
- If your order arrives damaged, email poolpoolaus@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
- We assess damage claims on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to resolve the issue.
